CSC Counselling – Maldon

I believe that for some of us, our life’s journey may get a little overwhelming and we need some extra support, especially when heading towards winter months, and holiday or family gatherings.

Sometimes talking to friends and family just isn’t enough.

Counselling is a therapeutic relationship which can support you on your life journey. It doesn’t involve me telling you what to do or how to deal with a difficult time. It starts with me actively listening to you in a confidential space which is yours, meaning you are free to talk and together we can explore your feelings without judgement or fear.

I have trained in Integral Therapeutic Counselling at Anglia Ruskin University to Higher Education Diploma level and I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
