Sapphire Counselling

Christina Holland is a Relate-trained counsellor with over fifteen years’ counselling experience, and an accredited member of BACP. She uses an integrated approach, combining skills from training in psychodynamic, systemic, solution focussed, CBT, and narrative therapy. She offers daytime and evening sessions in Burnham on Crouch and Danbury.

Kate Green is also Relate-trained and highly experienced. She a qualified couple, individual and systemic (family) counsellor. She works with families, couples and individuals, usually with a relationship focus. She offers evening appointments in Danbury.

We abide by the BACP ethical framework, which includes regular supervision with a qualified supervisor. We also engage in regular training and development in order to maintain and develop counselling skills.

Sapphire Counselling aims to offer appointments to new clients within a week of initial enquiry. Charges are kept as low as possible, and are on a sliding scale depending on income.
