Circle of Support

At Circle of Support we provide a safe, accepting and confidential environment where you will have time and space to explore anything that you wish to address that may be troubling you. Although it is not always easy to ask for help, seeking counselling or therapy can be a very positive step towards finding new and different ways of living and being. We can’t always chose what happens to us , but with counselling support we can become aware of our own patterns, gain new perspectives and be in control of our own choices for change.

At Circle of Support we work with adults, children and teenagers providing counselling, creative therapy, music therapy, mindfulness and stress management coaching and workshops for people with a variety of different issues.

Our therapists are fully qualified and registered with the British Association of Psychotherapy and Counselling, and where appropriate registered with the Health Care Professions Council. We are committed to providing a quality and ethical service.
