"Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage" - Brene Brown.
Often in our daily lives, we can manage to acknowledge our needs and desires in order to make it through the day. Yet what happens when we begin to feel we our needs or desires aren't met? When we don't feel we're leading our most authentic life? Or if we're trying to acknowledge overwhelming thoughts or feelings, isolation or distress?
That's where therapy can help.
I offer a confidential, safe space that allows you to explore your concerns in a genuine, unique relationship. I believe that the counselling relationship creates both a desire and intent for change, greater self-awareness and, often, it grants ourselves the permission to lead our greatest life.
Having originally been a qualified project manager, I've undertaken my greatest project of all - my Self. Following completion of my Level 3 in counselling, I'm completing my BA(Hons) in Humanistic counselling which is why I'm able to offer a low-cost counselling service. I follow the BACP code of ethics.
Sessions last 60 minutes, £30 per session.
Please feel free to contact me to discuss your needs and about what to expect in session.
