About Counselling for Wellbeing

The aim of my counselling practice is to provide a confidential and safe space, with non-judgmental support, where I work together with clients to explore issues relevant
to you. I work one-to-one and offer both short or longer term therapy.

Free from intrusion, counselling provides a unique opportunity for personal development and growth. By helping people explore their feelings, emotions and behaviour, counsellors enable clients to reflect on what is happening in their lives and consider alternative ways of doing things.

The relationship in counselling is very significant. I like to offer a FREE, no obligation first meeting to ensure I am the right person for you and you are happy to work with me.
It is important to find a counsellor whom you feel at ease and safe with.

If you are looking for a counsellor in Brighton and think you could benefit from therapy, contact me to arrange your first free consultation.
