About Unique Mind Counselling & Psychotherapy
My name is Chloe Edwards and I am a psychotherapist working in Brighton & Hove.
I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to mental wellbeing, and so the work I do is intentionally different with everyone I work with.
I work as an ‘Integrative’ therapist which means that I understand and use many different types of therapy dependant on client needs, and so will adapt my working style to meet your unique needs in the room.
This adaptive style of working means that our work together will exactly match your needs and can adapt as the process progresses: together we can identify your concerns and your goals and jointly create a way we both feel happy working together.
I offer appointments in a lovely space on Lansdowne Place in Hove, easily accessible via public transport. Confidential appointments are available during the day as well as evenings and weekends to allow for your life to fit around your therapy.
My qualifications include an MA from Roehampton University in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and a certificate in Drug and Alcohol Counselling from Change, Grow, Live. I have worked in therapeutic agencies, charities and in private practice in order to gain the widest possible range of experience which I feel is of most help to my clients. I am also a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) which means that my work is overseen by a renound professional body who ensure the quality of my work.
To get started you can call, text or email me to make an initial appointment. A first appointment is a great way to ask any questions you may have and to get a feel for whether you would be happy to work with me. At the end of your first appointment you can take some time out to consider your options or book regular ongoing sessions.
