CBT has been shown to be effective for a wide range of problems: Depression, Anxiety, Social Anxiety, OCD, Grief, Trauma, Addictions (including behavioural addictions), long-term Weight Problems, Sleep Problems, Low Self-Esteem, Seasonal Affective Disorder, among others.
Other compatible therapies can be used too when appropriate, for example I use Compassion Focussed Therapy and Solution Focussed Therapy.

An initial session of 30 minutes is free of charge - to allow you to see if you would feel comfortable working with me, and to allow us both to assess if CBT and the compatible therapies would be appropriate for you.
