Sasha King Counselling

My name is Sasha and I offer safe and confidential space where you can tell your story in your own time and your own way including expression of feelings and emotions. I can help you to explore issues that are painful and troubling you.
Together we will try to gain perspective in your life and make positive life changes.

I am qualified and registered with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) offering Individual psychotherapy/counselling with free initial consultation 30 min.

I have Person Centred integrative style of working and I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues including: loss and grief, addiction, obsession, stress, fears, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, abuse, work related issues, low self-esteem, maternity counselling.

I work with adults and young people from age of 16. I offer short-term and open-ended therapy.
