Hi,  I’m Kelly-Anne. Welcome to Reflection Counselling.

I work with Adults and Children 11+ and work with a range of issues. I specialise I’m working with Anxiety, Self-esteem, Depression, Low Mood and Teenage Issues. I also specialise in working with Autistic and ADHD clients.

I work using a variety of approaches; such as Person Centred, TA, Gestalt and CBT. I also am a Creative Therapist so often will use art work, drama, music, clay modelling or sand tray if this was something you wanted to try. I am happy to adapt to the way that you want to work and the way that works best for you.

I offer online, face to face and Walk and Talk/Nature Therapy.
I offer a free, 20 minute consultation for you to meet me and  for you to decide if you would like to work with me.
