As a fully qualified and experienced counsellor I can provide you with a warm, safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment to work through issues entirely at your own pace, allowing you to find your own solutions and make changes that are beneficial and positive so that you can lead a more fulfilling and happy life. Sometimes we may just need to reach an acceptance and awareness of who we are in the world we are living in.

Being a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor I can adapt my approach drawing on my knowledge and experience of different theories including Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt to suit my client's unique needs. I also believe that Mindfulness can play a part in what feels like the ever increasing busy lives that we lead.

The therapeutic relationship between a client and counsellor is the most important part of the counselling process therefore I offer FREE 30 minute introductory session for you to explore the option of us working together and, if afterwards, you think that you would be comfortable working with me we can arrange further sessions.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and I have full professional indemnity insurance. I attend regular clinical supervision to ensure that I am providing you with a professional and ethical service.

Areas of counselling I deal with include:

Anger management

Cancer diagnosis

Domestic violence
Emotional abuse
