Sometimes it can be hard to get the support we need from those around us or we may feel we are ‘bothering’ others with our issues. I will help you to explore your world and what has brought you to counselling. I will hold a safe and respectful space for you do to do this in.

I have worked in Education for nearly twenty years and am familiar with the toll stressful environments can take. I have worked with trauma survivors, bereavement, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues and existential crises. I have experience counselling children and older students.

Each and every one of us is unique and each person’s experience of counselling will be unique. This is what makes counselling such rich and rewarding work. I am an Integrative Counsellor – which means I have studied a variety of counselling models and can bring a range of techniques and knowledge. I believe it is through discovering our true identities, values and self-belief that makes for a meaningful life. I’d be honoured to be a part of your journey.

I am a member of BACP and hold a current Enhanced DBS.
