Are you lacking the emotional support you need in your relationship(s) be it the relationship you have with your spouse/partner or the relationship you have with your mother (or other family members)? Then chances are you’ll be needing someone independent to talk to who can relate to what you are experiencing and can empathise with you on a deep level. You can feel safe knowing that you can express yourself without fear of judgement or criticism with me.

I provide therapy for those desperate to make sense of their relationships and or for those seeking support for leaving relationships that are unhealthy, toxic or emotionally abusive and are hoping to find the strength to move on and heal.

Other issues I work with are anxiety, depression, parenting and daily struggles.

I am an MBACP Counsellor who runs a dedicated 'Telephone Counselling Practice'.

Tele-Counselling can be really helpful for those who need to access Counselling anonymously and or within a limited time frame. I work with my clients to provide confidential Tele_Counselling at a time that suits them within my working schedule. I also offer half-hour slots.

When you truly feel heard, you are far more likely to make sense of your difficulties and through reflective work, you will notice a shift confusion to clarity, from pain to peace. If you feel that you would like to work with me, then I offer a free initial consultation where you can see if you feel comfortable working with me, send me an email to arrange our first contact chat, which is free and a way for us to see if we feel comfortable working together.
