Hello and welcome,
I offer counselling and psychotherapy to adults in Exeter, Devon. My approach is relational TA (Transactional Analysis) Psychotherapy and I have experience in working with Adults, both extensively and short term.

I believe everyone can find life overwhelming at times and as a professional I provide a safe and confidential space in which to explore what is difficult for you in a non-judgemental, compassionate, and kind way, so that together we can start to make sense of your feelings and concerns at your own pace. Working together this process may open up opportunities for growth and change, it may help you discover new options and decide what changes you wish to make, and support in coping with those that can’t be changed.
It’s important that you feel comfortable working with me, and that I am confident I can offer you the most appropriate support that you need. In our initial session we aim to explore both your needs and my professional capacity to meet them. You then have the space to reflect and decide if you wish to continue therapy with me by letting me know at a later date or either at the initial session – this is entirely up to you. There is no obligation for us to book in further sessions at this stage.
I offer one hour sessions, once a week
