I use an integrative approach, which allows for the individuality of a person and their own uniqueness. I am non-judgemental, understanding and respectful, and believe that the relationship between counsellor and client is central to the work.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working within their ethical framework, for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
