The common element in all of my work is creating a safe environment and total confidentiality that can help you navigate challenging times in life. For clients who may prefer a gentler approach to counselling, I can also offer eco-therapy and mindfulness walking based therapy outdoors.

A member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists, I am fully qualified (Foundation Degree in Integrative Counselling) hold professional insurance and an enhanced DBS certificate. I am an experienced sighted guide for clients who may require assistance in accessing my counselling room.
