Donna Owen Counselling

Hi I am Donna, I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and a member of the BACP. I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space, for you to be heard. I specialise in anxiety, depression and low self-esteem . I adapt my counselling sessions to individual needs as we all work in different ways. My therapy room is where you can begin your growth and take steps towards the goals you wish to achieve. My room is based in Swadlincote with easy access and parking. I offer face to face counselling and telephone counselling.
I have experience working within a mental health charity, where I have helped clients overcome a variety of issues. A lot of clients have begun their journey into therapy with depression or low self-esteem. We have worked together to navigate through counselling towards a more positive life style.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental and safe place for you to begin your journey. I understand counselling can be a scary process, just taking this first step can be life changing. I am here to help you understand more about yourself and to help you reach your full potential. I look forward to us working together.
