Counsellor & Psychotherapist

I am in advanced Clinical Training as a Psychotherapist, using Transactional Analysis as the model in which I work with. Using this model allows clients to make positive changes within their lives, looking at personal growth and development.

I work with the belief that everyone has the ability to learn about themselves and make changes if they desire to. In your session I will help you to identify negative patterns and behaviours which will enable you to make the choice to make changes.

I am an empathic and intuitive counsellor, that will give you the space, time, and non-judgemental environment to ensure that you have the opportunity to really reflect and explore your difficult and sometimes painful experiences, to begin to understand what you need and how to move forward more positively.
