I work with many types of Mental Health conditions, addiction, abuse, self worth and self esteem as well as substance misuse.

I specialise in the modification of unhelpful behaviours and correct processing of trauma.

I work with individuals, adults, adolescents and children, behaviours, feelings and habits. I see substance users and/or their families where functioning and relationships are affected.

I see parent with challenging children, children that need some theraputic help to understand themselves and their behaviours and partners of abusive relationships.

No two situations are the same, no two problems are the same and therefore no two approaches are the same, a bespoke therapeutic outlook is my moto, I always tailor my work to suit your needs.

I am fully qualified and experienced to work with adults, children and adolescents.

I work privately and I am employed, taking referrals via the NHS.

I use a collaborative integrated approach to achieve therapeutic change.
