Hi, my name is Alison Moffett and I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist.  I practise from a person centred base, integrating different skills and approaches to meet the individuality of clients and their needs and have extensive experience of working with all age groups and many issues, such as, grief, illness, anxiety, stress, relationships, self harm and addiction.  My specialism is clients who have suffered or witnessed Trauma, Complex Trauma (PTSD) and Child Abuse.  I like to work very much in a sensory, holistic manner further using my skills to facilitate workshops around Mindfulness and Meditation, to groups and on a one to one basis,  encouraging people to connect into their bodies bringing calm and balance to their mind and bodies.
