About The Counselling and Therapy Cottage
I provide a warm and safe environment for the client to explore their issues. Working within BACP Ethical Boundaries, I create a confidential and healthy space for the client to journey through at their own pace. Being a Person-Centred Counsellor, I am here to accompany the client on this journey, with empathy and congruence.
I also run regular well-being workshops for groups of just 3-4 people. Workshops can include art therapy, mindfulness, CBT and group therapy. Please see website or Facebook page for future dates.

Location Information
My counselling practice is in the village of Sticker. A quiet, rural and tranquil setting. You can park on our drive.
