If you want to talk with a counsellor, but not in a room, perhaps walking together outside may provide just the focus you need to
get what you want from counselling.
I’m an integrative, person centred counsellor based around Porthleven in south west Cornwall.
Whether you’re suffering with anxiety, depression, or struggles in your relationship, my goal is to facilitate an experience within therapy movement and nature to discover the focus and healing, you need in your life right now.
For me, being together outside provides an experience of relationship within
therapy, movement and nature, that can allow the witnessing of your feelings to be deeply enhanced.
If you need someone to walk together with you in life at the moment, I can offer you honest acceptance at a pace that will suit you.
