I am Alison Lockyer, a humanstic counsellor, graduated from Greenwich University and a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.

I am a humanistic counsellor that works in a person centred way. This means that what we do in each session is entirely up to you, I will not suggest what we should talk about or lead you into talk about anything you are not comfortable with or ready to talk about, you are in control of the content of the session.

I use reflection and questions to try and focus my clients on their feelings, as I believe they are key to us as understanding ourselves and our wants and needs. I provide a non judgemental space for you to explore your feelings and any issues that you are currently facing.

I charge £40 per 50 minutes session in my counselling room and £30 per 50 minute session through skype.
