All of the above is about our human adjustment to loss and change that can apply to just about anyone of us.
I use core psychological models in my work with clients, from the Humanistic school of practice: Person-centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. I also use CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Solution-Focussed Therapy in my work.
Initial consultation sessions are offered at Â£20
Thereafter full hour sessions (not 50 min) are Â£40
I am easily reached from central Guildford, Godalming, Merrow, Clandon, Jacobs Well, Woking, Horsley, Cobham, Weybridge, Effingham, Send, Walton-on-Thames, Milford and Cranleigh.
The No. 36 and No. 37 bus runs past my house to and from central Guildford and through Merrow.
