All of the above is about our human adjustment to loss and change that can apply to just about anyone of us.
I use core psychological models in my work with clients, from the Humanistic school of practice: Person-centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. I also use CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Solution-Focussed Therapy in my work.
