Counselling
I can provide a safe and regular space to work in partnership with you to explore, understand and work through difficulties. My aim is to help you find your own insights into problems, thoughts and feelings you are experiencing in a non-judgemental and confidential environment.
I am an accredited, registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and have 20 years experience of working in Primary Care (GP surgeries)and College Counselling Settings. I have also been a lecturer since 2000, teaching on a range of counselling Qualifications and have experience supporting students in their training
Supervision
I am a experienced and qualified supervisor and am able to work with qualified and student counsellors in regular monthly sessions. I offer the first session free of charge to enable us to meet up and explore if we can work together and to enable you to decide if you want to engage in supervision with me.
Charges
Counselling £40.00 an hour
Student trainee counsellor s £25.00
Supervision
£ 45-50 11/2 hour sessions
Student trainees £35.00
