Every so often life throws up challenges for most people, we all have our ups and downs, and the problems pass.
However, sometimes that feeling, those thoughts, how you feel physically, and how you behave negatively towards yourself and others, sticks around ,and does not seem to want to go away, and perhaps you become someone you don\'t want to be.
Perhaps you\'re feeling a little depressed, down, anxious, stressed, a little obsessive about things, perhaps too easily angered, difficulty being sociable, and making excuses for not getting on with your life.
Life may just be getting on top of you, you may feel lost, stuck in rut, with seemingly no sense of direction. You want and have a desire to bring more balance, a sense of calm and forward momentum back into your life. However, when you\'re feeling down, it can seem a struggle to find the right path.
By taking the step of seeking counselling or therapy, which may seem daunting at first, you are taking the first step back to the old or the \"new\" you.
