Beginning therapy can seem like a daunting prospect, so I offer a safe, non-judgemental place for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and experience the process of healing and change. We will work collaboratively to help you set realistic goals and achieve these while working at a pace that you are comfortable with.
I offer individual one to one cognitive behavioural therapy for a range of life challenges including anxiety, low mood, depression, anger and sleep hygiene. The work we do will be tailored to your needs as there is no 'one size fits all' solutions.
Let me tell you about myself. I love working with people and interacting with them on a face to face level. I get a great amount of job satisfaction being a counsellor as I enjoy helping my clients achieve their goals and seeing them grow during therapy becoming more confident and able to take on life. I would love to work with you as you start your journey.
