Lifespan Therapy

Hello, I am Jane Adam and I have been in full time private practice as a psychotherapist and counsellor for over 18 years. I am a fully qualified UKCP registered Adult and Child Psychotherapist. I see people with a broad range of issues and have vast experience working with anxiety, depression, self-harm, abuse, personality disorders, body image and eating disorders.

I work on an open ended basis or an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling people to explore and work through their difficulties.

The first step is for us to meet for initial appointment to discuss your requirements and expectations. If you decide to go ahead we will arrange regular weekly sessions.
