Hello, and thank you for viewing my profile. I am an experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist . I offer a respectful, confidential space to explore what is troubling you, help you make meaning of your experiences, move on from difficult past events, change unhelpful patterns and live a fulfilling life, whatever that means to you. I bring to my work sensitivity, warmth, humour and genuine interest in people’s stories.

My core training is in Transactional Analysis, a theory of personality which helps us understand how we engage (“transact”) with others and ourselves. I also draw on other approaches, and my ongoing personal and professional development.

Prior to starting my counselling and psychotherapy practice in 2004, I worked for several years in business and the voluntary sector, helping to build inclusive accessible communities and working with individuals and groups.
