I provide a private and confidential counselling service, in Tameside counselling clients from, Mossley, Uppermill, Greenfield and Ashton Under Lyne. I offer a safe, supportive and confidential service to help you explore the issues that are troubling you.

The sessions are yours to use as you wish, you can explore parts of your life which are causing you unhappiness or pain, which maybe stopping you live the life. Issues that can be looked at in counselling include, frustration, shame, depression, low mood, bereavement, addictions.
