SPACE Counselling

I will offer you a safe space outside of your life, where you can think, feel and explore whatever difficulties you may be facing.

I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy for adults and young people. I draw on lots of different models of counselling to give the right kind of support in a time frame that suits you. Some of the therapies offered include Person Centred, Existential, Psychodynamic, Play and Creative therapies.

In addition, I offer a Family Bereavement service which includes one to one work with adults, families, children and young people along with a Group Programme, to support children and families who are either facing a serious illness in their lives, or who have been bereaved.

Most people suffer some form of emotional distress or loss at some point in their lives. I will totally engage with you and be by your side to help you find your way to move forward.   You don’t have to edit yourself with me, you will be accepted for exactly who you are.  I can help you to find your own understanding, insight and perspective, opening avenues for positive change.   Give me a call.

Children and young people have a load to deal with in their daily lives. They can benefit from having a neutral person to talk to about their feelings and concerns. Counselling can help them to build and develop strategies to cope with difficult or distressing situations.
