I offer online and face-to-face counselling with a base in central Cambridge. My aim is to offer a warm and friendly, safe and confidential counselling experience for every client.
Many people consider counselling for a long time before they start looking for a counsellor. It can be daunting thinking about talking to a complete stranger about your life and your feelings, and I want to reassure my clients that having taken the first difficult step, I have their best interests at heart.
I offer clients the time and space to explore their world and their emotions. I don't offer advice, above all else, I take the time to listen. Whatever your reasons for coming to counselling, my focus is to try to help you understand your problems and how they affect you before supporting you in finding your own solutions.
