Jasmer Chauhan is a fully qualified Therapeutic Counsellor who is a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellor and Psychotherapists) and is currently in the process of completing the accreditation process as set down by the BACP for experienced and qualified counsellors.

Qualifications enable a therapist to practice in an ethical and safe manner, however, life experience coupled with continuous personal and professional development, aid the therapist in ensuring that they are working to their clients beneficence. This is an aspect of our working model here at Clarity thinking that we take extremely seriously.

In everyday life it is often deemed inappropriate to express all our feelings or tell anyone about our experiences – even with our closest friends and family. Life can therefore at times, appear complicated and painful thus preventing us from focusing on what really matters.

During these times, many people value the professional help of a Therapeutic Counsellor as someone independent to talk to, not directly connected with and nevertheless a professional individual who can hear you and your concerns without any hidden agendas, preconceptions or assumptions.
