How I work
I am an Integrative Counsellor offering a Person-centred way of working which means I believe that you know yourself best and have all the resources within you to know what changes need to be made. I use Transactional Analysis to work with relationship issues and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, to uncover more positive thought processes.
I work long-term and short-term depending on each persons needs.
I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Integrative) from Aylesbury college and am an individual member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and abide by their ethical framework. Jo Trickett - Dip Therapeutic Counselling - IMBACP
