Description:

Hi, I'm Fiona, founder of Fiona Murray Therapy.

Fiona Murray Therapy was created to offer high-quality affordable therapy to those who need it, because I recognise the value even a single session has in making a positive difference to people.

I specialise in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress. I also have a special interest in children, couples, young people and families and in working with people who experience themselves as neuro-diverse, whether this is with high sensitivity or in having a diagnosed difference such as autism or a specific learning difference.

So whether you're seeking meaning or self-awareness, going through a challenging one-off situation or struggling with longer term difficulties, or when you've simply tried everything else - talking to a professional can help.

A Person-Centred Approach - Support that makes a difference.

I use an array of skills to provide counselling, coaching and other services that give you the tools for success. In addition to 1-on-1 consultations and couples’ sessions, I am happy to host one-off workshops and seminars for groups who are interested in developing their own personal techniques to help themselves and others.

We all have the potential to live a joy-filled life, so why not start yours today.

I work from a cosy home office with free parking available and can offer sessions outside of normal working hours.
