Do you feel like you are always trying to cope with things getting on top of you but nothing you try seems to work for long? Are you worried about a friend or a family member? A person centred counselling session allows someone to explore what changes could really make a difference, at their own pace and in a safe, confidential space.
Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond. In an individual session, you or someone you know can learn about acceptance and how new tools give us the power of choice over whatever life can throw at us.
I have been working as a counselling professional since 2017 and in coaching and training for over 30 years. I specialise in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you.
I offer person-centred support which can make a difference by using an array of communication skills to provide counselling and coaching that gives you the tools for success. In addition to 1-on-1 consultations and couples sessions, I am also happy to host one-off workshops and seminars for people who are interested in developing their own personal techniques to help themselves and others.
I have a special interest in children, couples, young people and families and in working with people who experience themselves as neuro-atypical, whether this is with sensory sensitivity or in having a diagnosed difference such as autism or a specific learning difference.
I work from a cosy home office with free parking available and can offer sessions outside of normal working hours.
