Feeling this way can happen for many reasons ; maybe you've been bereaved, your relationship has broken down or your life feels as though it hasn't worked out the way you hoped it would. Are you looking to regain control of your feelings and find pleasure in life again?
As a counsellor I will work with you to explore these feelings and understand them. We will explore your beliefs and sometimes I may gently challenge them, this can help to see things from a new perspective. Talking and having someone really listen to you can help you foster your ability to self heal.
Each session is 50 minutes long and held in practice rooms in Southville. As an integrative counsellor I can offer you short term solution focused sessions or longer-term sessions for deeper exploration. We’ll review our work together on a regular basis to ensure you’re finding it beneficial and the therapy is moving at a pace that’s comfortable for you.
