Life's vicissitudes affect us all, whether it is in the form of uncertainty, suffering, loss, puzzling dilemmas or complex relationships. It is human to respond with hurt, shame, anxiety or by feeling lost, stuck, angry and depressed. My passion is to assist my clients with the inevitable challenges life brings to them in a more authentic and constructive manner.

Within therapy, you can find out how you can make more satisfying and willful decisions about how to live. For this, I provide a warm, engaging and supportive space for you to explore your world and any issue that is troubling you. Therapy can help you transform and reinvent yourself; connect and discover yourself, understand and accept yourself. The ultimate goal would be to help you create a more meaningful life and new ways of approaching your relationship with yourself and others.

How do I work?

There is no one-size-fits-all model of therapy, as people grow, heal and change at a different pace. As such, I am trained in multiple modalities including CBT, psychodynamic and my core modality: existential and phenomenological.

I prefer to work in a flexible, client-centered and integrative manner; drawing from different approaches and techniques, depending on our counselling process and your needs and preferences. It begins by learning who and how you are, and then collaboratively we can shape ways in which you can grow, heal or evolve.

As a registered member of BACP, I adhere to and uphold their ethical and practical guidelines. All my work is professionally supervised, and I hold full professional indemnity insurance.

Area of expertise

I offer counselling for a wide range of life issues including anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, relationship issues, and low self-esteem. I frequently work with adults and young people (16-25) who have felt excluded, discriminated, oppressed, alienated, bullied, shamed and isolated in any shape or form.

Additionally, I specialise in working with issues surrounding gender, sexuality and identity, and the specific needs of the LGBTQ+ community. I am open to working with people with diverse gender and sexual identities, people who engage in chem-sex or consensual polyamorous relationships or people living with HIV.

Feel free to contact me by email or phone if you would like to organise an introductory session.

I offer an introductory 50-minutes session at 30£. This gives you a chance to get an idea of whether or not you would like us to work together; to explore what you would like to gain from counselling and to see if counselling would be appropriate for your circumstances.

Reading: 50£ for 50-minutes session.
