I offer confidential, non-judgemental, constructive therapy for adults and young people.   Many people find that speaking in this way to someone who is not part of their everyday lives brings clarity, relieves stress and opens up new possibilities for change and self-awareness.

A former nurse with experience in palliative, neurological and domiciliary care, I undertook a rigorous 4 year Masters level training with the Bridge Pastoral Foundation in 2010 and have been working with clients since 2012.  My experience includes the voluntary sector, school, GP surgeries and private practice.

Sessions (usually 50 minutes) are available in the daytime or evening, either at Emmer Green RG4 in a level access counselling room, at Rosedale Clinic in central Reading, or online video call.

Normal fees – £50 at Emmer Green RG4, £60 at Rosedale Clinic RG1.  Some reduced fee places available, please enquire.
