About Breathingspace Counselling and Wellbeing

It can be difficult finding someone you can talk to. How do you choose a counsellor ? How do you know if you can trust them? Will they judge you? Will they understand?
In a world where everyone has their own ideas on what’s right’ and whats ‘wrong’ it can be difficult to find someone you can be truly open with. We can all carry problems and thoughts that disturb us, and keep them to ourselves in fear of judgement or reproach.

I will listen to you, and help you find your answers in life. You won’t find judgement, just a safe, warm space to talk about what’s happening.

Seeking help is a commitment to yourself. The very act of starting means that you want to make a positive change in your life and you want the relationship and experience to start off right. During the initial session we discover what’s the best way to work for you. For some this may mean weekly sessions, for others it might be every two weeks or even monthly. You decide, these are your sessions.

I work with many general issues including;

Stress with children and behaviour
Depressions and anxiety

Suicidal thoughts
Finding meaning and belief
Spirituality
Esteem and confidence
Work and employment issues.
Personality disorders and mental health.
Attachment disorders .

The first step is a 40 minute session – for just £15 – to see if I am the right person to help you. We can chat about what issues you are facing and how many sessions of counselling may be needed for you to find some answers.
Following that, if you decide you would like to continue my fees are as follows;

£50 for a 50 minute session.
