My approach is relational meaning that I believe it is the relationship that heals: I engage with you to go on a journey to find your true self at home in your body, connected to your emotions, in meaningful relationships with others.
I offer a safe, confidential and transparent relationship where your feelings, thoughts, beliefs and behaviours can be explored and understood. We are on a shared journey together you are not alone.

From my years of work both in the public and private sector, I have gained specific experience in the following areas: eating disorders, addictions, phobias, PTSD, trauma, OCD, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, post natal depression, loss, life transitions, relationship issues, domestic violence.
