About Hope Therapy & Counselling Services

Hello,

One-to-One Support

Hope Therapy offers Mental Health and Wellbeing Support throughout the UK, via our experienced team.

We understand how nerve-racking these times can be and how it can affect people differently. As such our experienced team will not only focus on your support but will also help you in becoming ready to start the journey too.

We have counsellors covering a large number of areas throughout England, so you may well be able to see us face-to-face wherever you are. However, we all offer Skype, Zoom and telephone support, so wherever you are, we will be able to work with you. People work with us from literally all areas of the country and in some cases from abroad.

We support clients one-to-one, together with couples counselling and family therapy or via group support depending on what you are looking for support with.

Group Support

As well as our individual client work, we also regularly work in group settings. If you are interested in learning mindfulness to support your emotional and wellbeing needs, he offers a variety of training support for presentations such as anxiety, stress and depression as well as self-compassion based programmes.

Take a look at our Mindfulness Page to see a selection of the group support on offer.

Mindfulness

Clinical Supervision

Ian holds a Post Graduate qualification (Level 7) in clinical supervision and is on the National Counselling Society (NCS) approved supervisor register. He is also a fully accredited member of both the National Counselling Society (NCS) and the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP). As such he is trained to a high academic standard and able to support the counsellor's work in an ethical and evidence-based manner.

Hope Therapy & Counselling Services

As well as an experienced counsellor in his own right, he is also the founder of Hope Therapy and Counselling Services. 'Hope' works with private individuals and organisations offering Counselling, CBT, Hypnotherapy, EMDR and Mindfulness support throughout the UK, both face to face and online.

Counselling can be a HUGE commitment, so when choosing a counsellor, it is right that you get to work with the right one. So, if people are brave enough to consider starting counselling - they should get the best help possible. Therefore, after finding out what you are looking for, Ian may suggest a better/alternative/more cost-effective option through someone else in his team. 'Hope' offers support for a wide range of presentations from Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Relationship Challenges (one-to-one and couples), Addiction, PTSD and Trauma, to name but a few. So, whatever you are looking for, please give us a call.

Ian is incredibly passionate about service quality, integrity, and professionalism and welcomes all feedback to improve standards and practice.

Organisational Support

In addition to working with private clients in an individual or group capacity, Ian also manages the organisational and corporate support arm of Hope Therapy. So if you are looking to support your organisational welfare or stress management needs we can help by offering Occupational Counselling, Workplace Mediation, Critical Incident Support, Training workshops and Executive Coaching.

We have extensive experience working at Senior Management and Board levels in a variety of organisational settings, including FT-250 & FT-100 companies. So if you are looking for somebody to offer a truly holistic approach to both the individual and work-based needs of your organisation, simply get in touch.
