I am a fully qualified counsellor working from a person centred core approach. This means I will work with you to create a safe and respectful environment in which you can explore whatever issues you bring to counselling. I have experience working in both agency and private practice, with long and short-term counselling work.

I work with a wide range of issues including anger, abuse, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, self-harm, relationship issues, loss and bereavement, spiritual issues, as well as many other areas. I am also experienced working with young men, sexual difficulties and addiction.

As well as working to create and maintain a respectful and warm environment I can also work creatively with clients who find this helpful.
