I am a bilingual (English and Italian) Psychotherapeutic Counsellor MNCS Accr. an experienced, qualified, ethical and insured therapist. I offer a safe, confidential and warm environment where your experiences will be listen with congruence and empathy by a person who will not judge you, the most healing of all aspects of being in counselling.

I offer to meet the needs of individuals and couples on both a short and long-term basis. In my counselling approach I incorporate Art Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Mindfulness and Relaxation techniques. I work with Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Self Defeating Behaviors, Bereavement / Grief, Loss, Anger, Relationship difficulties, Personal Development, Self-Esteem, Low Self-Confidence, Self – Harm, Addictive Behaviours, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Eating Disorders.

I follow monthly supervision and attend training and workshops to keep my counselling practice up to date.
