Grace Ryder, Integrative Counsellor, Level 7 trained. I am an addiction and recovery counsellor based in South Birmingham who believes that change is possible for everyone, no matter how long they have struggled. My approach is compassionate, non-judgemental, and centred on understanding the whole person, not just the addiction. I work alongside individuals to explore the underlying causes of their behaviour, build healthier coping strategies, and develop the confidence needed to move forward. Recovery is not a one-size-fits-all journey, and I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space where people feel heard, respected, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward lasting recovery and wellbeing.
