TA Saturdays Therapy Group
TA Saturdays meets monthly for 90 minutes. Sessions are mostly online, with a small number held in-person at The Old Courts, Wigan. This established group has space for new members.
If you’ve already had some individual therapy and are looking at what’s next for you, TA Saturdays offers a safe, supportive space to connect, share and learn from the insights and experiences of other participants.

Creative Dreamers Group
This newly established therapeutic dream-sharing group meets fortnightly online. Sessions take place on Wednesday evenings.
If you’re interested in dreams and dreaming, open to sharing some of your own dreams and listening respectfully to the dreams of others Creative Dreamers might be a good fit for you.
In Karen’s Creative Dreamers group you will work with dreams therapeutically learning about and using techniques drawn from transactional analysis and group analysis. Karen’s approach to the content of dreams takes account of the individual unconscious, the social and the collective unconscious.
In Karen’s dream-sharing groups, you will be invited to consider the significance of dreams for the individual dreamer, for yourself, for the group as a whole and in the wider social and cultural contexts in which we live.
This group offers a creative, holding and containing space. Dream-sharing can help with processing feelings, making meaning of past experiences and resolving difficult problems. It is also a great way to connect with others and reconnect with your own creative potential.

Long-term, weekly psychotherapy group – as part of her ongoing training in group analysis, Karen is looking to establish a weekly, group analytic therapy group. This will be an in-person group, held in Wigan and will suit you if you are looking for psychodynamic, group therapy long-term (around two years) and able to commit to regular, weekly attendance. Fees
Karen offers a free initial consultation and following that her fees for online group therapy start from £28 per 90 minute session. Karen’s current fees for individual therapy are from £60 per 50 minute session.
