Welcome to Lifespace talking therapy, my name is Steve and I am a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist/counsellor, offering support with Bereavement/loss, Anxiety, Stress, Anger, Low self esteem plus other life issues that may be affecting you. Working in an integrative way using Cognitive behavioural therapy and a Person Centred approach, As I do not believe that one approach is appropriate for everyone therefore I tailor my way of working to the needs of the client.

my practice is flexible, therefore hoping to meet the needs of clients both short term and long term,in a safe confidential and non judgemental environment. My counselling room is in a therapeutic surrounding.
I offer a free initial consultation, this gives you the opportunity to explain your issues. Future session fees will be agreed at the assessment.
