My name is Teresa and I am a registered member of the BACP, I firmly believe that counselling should be assessable to all that feel they could benefit from therapy
I have a background in the care sector and spent years as a qualified mental health nurse, I then worked with complex needs in the community and re trained as a integrative Counsellor which brings me to today.
I have working counselling experience of counselling children, bereavement including pet bereavement, mental health issues, counselling those with dementia and also Carers. I work online.
