I provide a safe secure place for my clients to share. I work with them to unravel areas which are causing problems and discomfort within their lives.
I am a qualified Gestalt therapist who works in the hear and now but I also use other modalities in my practise, such as the humanistic approach and CBT elements.
I work short term and long term and work within my clients needs. Together we would discover what will sort each individual best.
