Counselling with a trained counselling professional can support a balanced state of emotional and mental health wellbeing.  It can lead to improved understanding of self and improve relationships with others.

We can work together to develop coping strategies that work for you towards managing symptoms that often accompany managing difficult situations and difficult feelings.  Therapy can also enable access to resilience in overcoming overwhelming feelings or express in a different way.

I am experienced in talking therapy, creative and sand tray therapy.

Extensive counselling training undertaken including BSc (Hons) degree in person centred counselling and Transactional Analysis.
