Veronica O’Hare Senior Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Trainer

I offer therapy to children, adolescents and adults and I supervise, train and tutor psychodynamic therapists. I trained at Manor House centre for Psychotherapy many years ago, and became accredited with the BACP in 1997, then senior accredited in 2025. Over the years I have trained in other areas including extensively in trauma and am a trainer for the NES National Education For Scotland in the National Trauma Framework. I also undertook Dyadic Psychotherapy which is therapy for parents and children together as well as family and systemic therapy. I trained as a supervisor in 2016 and again in 2025 and am a trainer with APPCIOS, The Association for Psychodynamic Practice In Organisational Settings, where I am an Organisational Therapist. I have many years experience working in the NHS and Social Work settings supporting staff impacted by their roles, and now train and supervise therapists in their support for staff in running group reflective practice and one to one support for staff.
