My modality is creative person centred counselling and this can include  a cognitive behavioural therapy approach.
Throughout your therapeutic journey I work at your pace and timing and mutually agree the therapeutic direction.

I am an accredited counsellor with British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and renew this every year.
I offer professional supervision to qualified counsellors, counsellors in training and to allied professionals such as those in the teaching and nursing professions.
